1.Within 30 days after the package is delivered,if the product has Quality Problem(Except shipping damaged),you can return it for repairing/replacement,you just need to keep the item in good condition、no scratch, we'll offer the pre-paid label and pay for the shipping fee. Without communication about the return fee and return by yourself, you should be responsible for the return shipping fee.
2.And you can also require item return without any reasons within 30 days after the package is delivered,you also just need to keep the item in good condition,no scratch, no damaged when arrive us and we will check the returns after get it. In this case,the customer'll need to pay for the shipping fee + 30% restock fee. Without communication about the return fee and return by yourself, you should be responsible for the return shipping fee.
3.While after 30 days of its delivery,we still provide free repairing for you. In this situation, you'll need to pay for the returning and second shipping fee.
4.If the items get broken within 6-12 months after the receipt of the items, the customer may get a new one and he only need to pay 50% of the original amount.
5. Not get items after we shipped, We offer replacement as solution.
6.Within 30 days after the package is delivered, if the product damage part is less than 15% because of shipping, We offer partial refund 3-20% of this product according to the size of damaged parts as solution.
